Welcome to Soliel's Eclairs! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Products: All items are freshly baked and may slightly vary in color, shape, or decoration due to the handmade process. Orders: Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to ingredient shortages or unforeseen circumstances.
Prices & Payment: All prices are in PHP and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before order confirmation.
Pickup & Delivery: Delivery schedules depend on availability and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Allergies: Our products may contain or come in contact with allergens such as nuts, eggs, dairy, or wheat.
Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from using our website.
